A war of words ensued on Sunday night  between Tanzanian star musician Harmonize and his  former boss Diamond Platnumz signaling a deepening feud between the two artists.

It all started after Diamond Platnumz who had been nominted for the MTV EMA Best African Act award took to social media to congratulate singer Rayvanny for his performance during the award ceremony held in Hungary.

In a strongly worded message , Diamond Platnumz bragged that Rayvanny is so far the first African artist to perfom at the awards ceremony calling on fellow youths to appreciate each other and avoid drugs a message that was translated as a direct jab to his former friend turned rival Harmonize.

Diamond Platnumz lost the award to Nigeri'as Wizkid

"The first Afirican Artist to Perfom #MTVEMA @rayvanny Chui ? ?.... Niwakumbusha Msanii wa Kwanza Africa Kuperform MTVEMA anatokea Tanzania, Mkoa wa Wasafi na sasa ni Raisi wa Next Level Mh @rayvanny ... The message did however not go down well with Harmonize who in turn also responded through instagram story.

"Vijana ni vyema kujifunza ukimsaidia mtu sio lazima umdai fadhira maana kama ndio hivyo basi Tanzania yote inanidai pia ukishapokea mamillioni ya shillingi 600M ukishavutia unga yakiwa yanakalibia kuisha ni vyema kuyauliza au kuyadai fadhira. Adding " Mkishakosaga tuzo zisizo nunulika msikimbilie ngada haraka. Rudini studio subirieni Afrima".

The two singers have been in a beef ever since they parted ways when Harmonize left Diamond's Wasafi label and formed his own label, Konde Gang.

In an interview with clouds fm in 2019, Harmonize revealed that he had to pay the label Tshs 500 million (Kshs 22M) as stipulated in his contract in order to get rights to his masters and part ways with Wasafi.

The Kenya Employee Satisfaction Report 2021,  released on Wednesday by BrighterMonday, Nairobi has the highest number of respondents who are neutral about their happiness and the majority of respondents in Kisumu are happy with their employer.

“Mombasa has the most unhappy respondents and poses the highest flight risk as the majority sampled are willing to leave their current employer in the next 6 months,” reads the report.

Adding" 52% of Kisumu residents on their part said they are happy with their current roles while 31% are neutral about whether they are willing to leave their current employer.”

classified the respondents into different age groups, where it found that a majority of people between the ages of 18-24 are satisfied with their current employers.

The report also found that those between the ages of 25-35, 36-45 and over 45 are neutral. It also found that there is a high flight risk rate across all age groups, especially among those over 45 years of age.

"Regarding organisational flight risk and employer advocacy by gender, the report shows that men are slightly happier with their employer but pose a slightly higher flight risk than women. This means they are more likely to leave their employer. 43% of them are happy but 55% are willing to leave their job. On the flip side, 54% of women said they are willing to leave their current employer while 42% are happy with their current role.”
