Mombasa businessman Suleiman Shahbal yesterday met 'Only One' hitmaker Masauti at SS media studio where they discussed on the creative industry of Mombasa.
Masauti hailed Shahbal for opening the studio saying artists in the county have for long lacked the opportunity to have a state-of-the-art studio.
“This is what we have been yearning for, we have been forced to go to Nairobi because of lack of equipment and exposure. I am happy for what you have done, I believe we can get more artists from our county, ” said Masauti
Shahbal took to his Facebook page about the visit of Masauti said “Masauti who is Mombasa’s finest shared with me key pointers on how best we can promote talents in our county. “
He added: “We agreed to make Mombasa be “Ua la Waridi” and make it the entertainment capital of this country.”
