Eugene Odinda, professionally known as Shafy Skiz is set to take the Kenyan entertainment space by storm with the release of his brand new single titled Majaribu.

Majaribu is a feel-good song that has the ability to make you groove along and will do very well on the party scene.

Based in Mombasa, the dancehall musician has been on an upward trajectory since releasing his debut track Mlaini back in April 2020.

He has teamed up with award-winning producer Shirko, who together with up and rising producer Kichwa Touch - recorded, mixed, and mastered the song at Shirko Media Entertainment Studios.

Directed by Nezzoh Montana of Film Giant Production, the video for the song was recorded in Nairobi, across a demanding two-day shoot.

Its afro-beats vibe makes it very relatable and relevant to his Kenyan target market. With the infusion of relatable lyrics and an outstanding sonic delivery, Majaribu comes with that replay value.

Speaking about the new song, Shafy Skiz says, “Majaribu is a song about a beautiful and stunning girl who is driving me crazy. The song is my statement that I am now officially back in the game after a two-year hiatus. Through the verses and chorus, I wanted to prove that no one can ever predict what comes next from me, not even myself.”
